The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a leading aerospace and defense organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and delivering top talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts (sourcing through offer) for a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans
- Source and attract top talent using creative and strategic sourcing techniques
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
- Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and government/DOD regulations
- Support recruiting initiatives across multiple locations and business units
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical or professional roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple locations or nationally
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or government contracting (DOD) environments
- Experience recruiting for Contract Administrator / Subcontract Administrator roles
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- BrassRing (Kenexa)
- Phenom CRM
- Paradox (conversational AI tools)

Pay Rate: Up to $49.10 per hour DOE
