Shift: Overnight, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Deptford, NJ is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the overnight shift at our skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor ensures high-quality resident care, supervises nursing staff, and maintains operational excellence throughout the overnight shift. This role provides leadership, supports residents and families, and ensures compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care requirements
- Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families
- Provide information and respond to questions from residents and staff
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations
- Monitor confidential resident information to ensure privacy
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care services
- Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and ePrescribing programs
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
