We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our fast-paced specialty medical practice. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service
