Summary:
As Payroll Support, you will support the administration of benefit services for expatriates as needed. You will also provide ad-hoc administrative support, including but not limited to managing shared goods and services through internal and external systems.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll data accurately and in a timely manner
- Review expense reimbursement requests as per company policy
- Act as a point of contact for expatriates to answer inquiries on benefit policies
- Support benefits for expatriates, such as reviewing the contracts for housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, etc.
- Manage shared goods and services - office supply order and management
- Support general administrative tasks, including electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations
- Support HR & GA with administrative and project-related tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of HR or related experience
Skills:
- Administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience in dealing with internal/external customers is preferred
- Experience with SAP or other ERP and benefits systems is preferred
- Strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support areas of responsibility
