Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for managing the marketing, performance, analysis, budget and forecasting tracking for assigned branches/region. To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter and lead marketing initiatives for your assigned branches/region from creative ideas through effective campaign execution and reporting. Ultimately, you will drive lead generation through online and offline marketing channels while building a strong brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Execute successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Meet regularly with Regional/General Managers to review marketing results and upcoming marketing plan
- Brand stewardship - own brand guidelines/standards for assigned brands/branches
- Drive lead generation through organic and paid acquisition channels - SEO, PPC, content development and report on results weekly and monthly
- Ensure marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media are implemented flawlessly and on time
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors and agencies
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with focus on optimizing marketing spend based on performance
- Oversee and approve marketing material across all channels
- Support new partner integrations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in digital/traditional marketing in HVAC/home services or a related field experience
- Strong SEO/SEM digital marketing experience as well as traditional marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and reporting acumen
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and/or Google Suite and the use of technology
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM platform
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal qualities
- Flexibility in schedule to travel
- College degree preferred not required
