Aerotek, in partnership with Ichor Systems in Sauk Rapids, is hosting a job fair on site at Ichor Systems on Wednesday, March 18th from 11am - 2pm.
We will be hiring multiple different openings for different departments:
- Assembly / Parts Finishing
- Machine Operating
- CNC Machinists
- Welding
We are looking to fill roles on the following shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
- Weekend Shifts (Fri, Sat, Sun 12 hour shifts)
For the Assemblers / Parts Finishing openings, we are looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined and that are comfortable working with smaller parts (1-2 pounds), any previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful and we will train folks who are interested in this line of work. Pay is typically in the $20-$24/hour range, depending on previous experience and shift (shift differential applies for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts).
For the Machine Operator openings, we are looking for candidates with industrial machine operating experience, ideally in CNC Machine operating, but we will train mechanically inclined individuals who are looking for a career in CNC Operating. Pay is typically in the $20-$25/hour range, depending on previous experience and shift (shift differential applies for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts).
For the CNC Machinist openings, we are looking for candidates who have previous CNC Machining experience using CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes. Pay is typically in the $25-$35/hour range, depending on previous experience and shift (shift differential applies for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts).
These openings are all full-time, long-term roles, we are looking for career oriented individuals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
