SAGE Counseling is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist/Client Services Associate to provide support for clients at SAGE Counseling by greeting clients, processing payments, assisting with various administrative duties, and communicating with the clinical team.
Pay: up to $22.00 per hour
The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly, organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administration.
This is a Full-Time, in-person position - hours will be Monday to Thursday 8AM – 5:30PM and Friday 8:30AM – 3:30PM. Located at our Glendale office - 85301 (on 47th Ave.)

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Differential pay offered!
- Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
- Ability to use standard office equipment including copy machine, printer and fax
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
