Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Commitment to supporting student development and learning

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and establish appropriate goals
Design and carry out individualized therapy sessions to promote fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student
Document progress and adapt therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
Maintain compliance with school and district policies as well as ethical standards
