Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Office Manager job in Winston Salem, NC! This is a fully on-site, temp to hire position with a family owned company. In this role you will be responsible for entering new clients into system, confirming pickup/delivery dates, updating inventory upon delivery, obtaining BOLs, providing paperwork to Operations and then handling the invoicing/billing side as well. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a small, laid back environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Entering new clients into system
  • Confirming pick up/delivery dates
  • Updating inventory upon delivery
  • Obtaining BOLS
  • Providing paperwork to Operations
  • Field and route incoming calls
  • Process monthly bills
  • Responsible for billing/invoicing

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working with drivers and BOLs
  • Exposure to billing and invoicing
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
