Job DescriptionSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmExperience: 3-8 YearsResponsibilities:
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information, including product details, prices and availability
- Process customer orders, returns, and literature requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful fulfillment of each customer order
- Hands-on experience with systems like ERP, Epicor, CRM, or Oracle
- Provide customer notifications, follows up about shipment confirmation on back orders
- Facilitate trade show registrations and other trade show related activities
- Process literature re-orders and customer notifications
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2-3 years customer service experience desired
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in technical communication within the orthopedic and medical device sectors.
