Job Description

Job DescriptionSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmExperience: 3-8 YearsResponsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing product and service information, including product details, prices and availability
  • Process customer orders, returns, and literature requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful fulfillment of each customer order
  • Hands-on experience with systems like ERP, Epicor, CRM, or Oracle
  • Provide customer notifications, follows up about shipment confirmation on back orders
  • Facilitate trade show registrations and other trade show related activities
  • Process literature re-orders and customer notifications
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 2-3 years customer service experience desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skilled in technical communication within the orthopedic and medical device sectors.
