Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) and support marketing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data, effective client communications, and seamless campaign execution.This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with strong CRM and reporting skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional services environment.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Import new client and contact data from events, webinars, and other sources.
- Generate reports in Excel and HubSpot to analyze KPIs and campaign performance.
- Support segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data concerns and streamline processes.
- Create and manage automated workflows within HubSpot.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Support integration with other platforms and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist with client communications (alerts, blogs, newsletters) and event list management.
- Manage holiday gifting and e-card distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, or similar).
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platform).
- Strong Excel skills, including reporting and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic HTML for email templates.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Full-time, on-site9am-5pm$70,000-$80,000 + Excellent Benefits
