What You’ll Do

Welcome patients and guide them through frame and lens choices

Interpret prescriptions and take precise measurements

Explain lens options and eyewear care in clear, friendly language

Partner with our doctors and front desk to ensure a smooth visit

Help patients understand insurance and Medicaid benefits

Assist with ordering, inventory, and merchandising
-
Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA standards
What You Bring

Optical or optician experience
-
A patient‐first mindset and strong communication skills

Comfort multitasking with attention to detail

Familiarity with EHR—or eagerness to learn

A collaborative attitude and desire to grow

Flexibility for evenings and weekends
