Looking for someone to be able to work 1st shift with extensive Powder Coat Paint experience and management skills to manage our Powder Coat Department. The individual needs to be very organized and detail oriented. The individual will need to follow the daily powder coat schedule for efficiency, as well as keep up with the scheduled maintenance on the equipment and wash chemicals.

Job Duties include:

- Know how to use Mietrak software (will train)

- Issue paint

- Clock people in and out of jobs in the Mietrak software

- Have supervisor experience

- Know how to drive a forklift

- Knowledge on how to do repairs on paint line and washer

- Understand Proper storage and rotation of powder

- Testing the chemicals for the washer
