Anthony's Pizza and Pasta is a family-style neighborhood spot, and we're searching for a skilled pizzaiolo who knows their way around the dough, the sauce, and the oven. If hand-tossing pies and pulling perfectly cooked pizzas is second nature to you, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing
- Stretching and tossing dough by hand
- Building pizzas with the right balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings
- Working the oven and nailing bake times every single ticket
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready to roll
- Helping the team crush the dinner rush with a good attitude
What we're looking for
- Real, hands-on experience as a pizza maker (not your first rodeo)
- Comfortable hand-tossing and working a busy line
- Knowledge of dough handling, proofing, and pizza fundamentals
- Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in the food going out the door
- Able to stand for long shifts and handle the pace of a busy kitchen
