About this Role

Perpetual is seeking an experienced talent professional to join our Retained Search Delivery Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with the leaders behind some of the world’s best brands, in a role that is at the heart of our dynamic business. The ideal candidate has experience delivering first class executive search engagements to both candidates and clients, taking the lead on sourcing and screening candidates and working closely with Perpetual Partners to successfully manage each client experience.


Additionally, as part of the Perpetual Delivery Team, this person will have the opportunity to engage on special projects across our talent advisory services. This could include administering talent assessments and supporting our leadership development programs, as well as identifying best practices, improving internal processes, staying up to date and sharing industry trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing additional business opportunities with our existing accounts.


This is a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) located in our beautifully designed Darien, CT office.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand our network of top talent from across consumer brands by sourcing, interviewing, and meeting with passive and active candidates daily.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a breadth of clients, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Manage communication with internal team and external clients to ensure a best-in-class experience with Perpetual.
  • Conduct market research and partner with our business development team to identify leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Conduct project assessments to understand best practices and Perpetual development areas.
  • Contribute on additional projects as needed including leadership development programs, talent assessment administration, special events, marketing campaigns, and other general support.


Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role (agency or in-house team), specifically sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective candidates for a breadth of searches
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with a strong work ethic, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of success
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail; track record of success with deep-dive industry and candidate research
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset and ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks, especially as priorities change
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers on the Delivery Team and cross-functionally with business development and talent development colleagues.
  • We have an office in Paris; French language skills are beneficial, but not required.
