Requirements:

• Graduatefrom an approved Nurse Practitioner school.
• NursePractitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
• ValidArizona Registered Nurse license.
• ValidArizona Advanced Practice license.
• ValidDEA certificate.
• CurrentBasic Life Support certification.
• Certificationin CPR and AED through American Heart Association or Red Cross guidelines.
• ValidLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of PublicSafety (for behavioral health locations).
• ValidArizona driver’s license.
• Experiencetreating adults with chronic and acute conditions.
• Understandingof clinical methods and techniques.
• Stronginterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients,associates, and the general public.
• Basicproficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation.
• Basiccomputer efficiency and comfort with electronic health record systems.
• Experiencein geriatrics or with patients who have multiple chronic conditions.
• Abilityto work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
