Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Wilkes Barre, PA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in both clinical certification and school-based practice for a school year contract position.

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
• Experience working within school settings (SLP - School)
• Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in children K-12

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning

Location:

• Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
• Position serves students across grades kindergarten through 12th grade

Contract Details:

• Duration: Contract for the full school year (CSY)
• Work schedule and hours will align with the school calendar
