Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse and inventory operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for handling inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining proper storage and organization of pharmaceutical products and supplies. The ideal candidate has experience in a production or packing environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
Team Environment
This position is part of a team of approximately 20 warehouse workers, working collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities

Perform inventory and warehouse duties, including proper storage of medications and supplies

Ensure appropriate handling and refrigeration of perishable products

Prepare daily shipment boxes and packaging materials

Create, update, or correct shipping labels as needed

Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas

Monitor prescription drug inventory within the pharmacy computer system

Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipments

Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies

Maintain proper organization and storage of inventory

Perform cycle counts and assist with order processing

Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring all required materials are included

Support equipment monitoring and basic calibration as needed

Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
