Job DescriptionLABORER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for dependable Laborers for a company based in Baton Rouge, LA for special projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent the company on-site and maintain a high level of integrity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Varies - May require evening and weekend availability
Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, boxes, or household/commercial items.
• Properly use moving equipment such as dollies, straps, pads, and ramps.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed.
• Wrap and protect items to prevent damage.
• Address concerns politely and escalate issues to the Crew Leader.
• Ensure proper lifting techniques and safe working habits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Wear required uniform and steel toe boots.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance for long hours, stairs, and heavy items.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
