Clinical Laboratory ScientistThis is an exciting opportunity to join an established but growing company that offers a fast-paced and exciting environment. This position will be responsible for testing and reporting laboratory test results for all test methods approved by CAP, NY and CLIA.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot test result issues
- Ensure accuracy & quality of testing – Data entry
- Maintain records and reports results
- Adhere to all QC procedures for all testing
- Support lab techs, assistants & junior scientists
- Adhere to all SOPs and compliance
- Support lab audits
Experience:
- Bachelor’s with active CA CLS license – ASCP license highly preferred
- 2+ years of CLS experience in a CLIA/CAP environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail/accuracy
