Community Living, Inc. is hiring a Vocational Case Manager to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in maintaining meaningful employment. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one coaching, track progress on employment goals, and partner with employers to ensure participants have the tools and support they need to succeed. Location: St. Charles County
Status: Full-Time
Pay: $23.25/hour
What You’ll Do

Provide individualized job coaching to help participants strengthen hard and soft skills.

Develop and implement coaching plans, job checklists, and task analyses.

Conduct retention visits to monitor progress and address challenges quickly.

Coordinate with employers, participants, and Employment Services staff to support workplace success.

Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Ensure services meet all funder, state, and accreditation requirements.

Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and community partners.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple caseloads and keep accurate records.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Flexible schedule availability, which may include evenings, weekends, or split shifts.
