🕒 Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend + 15% shift differential!)
🔩 What You’ll Do:
- Assemble precision components in departments like Magnet Assembly, Gear Motor, Medical, or Electronics.
- Use blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and hand/power tools to build high-quality products.
- Operate epoxy machines and work with delicate parts requiring attention to detail.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a low-volume, high-mix production environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience in electronics, gear motors, medical assembly, or hobby auto mechanics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr.
