Currently, we are on the lookout for a committed School Speech-Language Pathologist ($58-$62/hour) to assist students in the Orting, WA area throughout the school year, serving grades from elementary to high school.

Job Details:
- Full-time, in-person role
- School Year Duration: Late August to mid-June
- Competitive Compensation: $58-$62 per hour
- Work Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Role Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will create and execute tailored education and treatment plans for students whose communication abilities have been affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This position allows you to engage with young learners in a nurturing school setting while making a lasting impact on their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services in an inclusive environment when suitable, collaborating with general education staff
- Act as a consultant in speech and language for parents and staff as needed
- Perform formal and informal assessments and re-assessments, along with other professional duties
- Create measurable IEP objectives and annual goals
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington State License in Speech-Language Pathology
- ESA certificate or eligibility for it
- Capability to work with school and community populations
- Ability to work independently
