Job Description
Auradonics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Tool Maker to support the maintenance and fabrication of molds, punch dies, and auxiliary production tooling. This is a hands-on role involving both CNC and manual machining, with responsibility for coordinating outside processes and improving existing tool designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set up, and run CNC machines (Haas Mini Mill)
- Operate manual equipment: lathe, 6x18 surface grinder
- Repair and build molds, dies, and production tools
- Perform minor weld repairs on molds (a plus)
- Coordinate external services (EDM, jig grinding, etc.)
- Purchase tools, supplies, and manage outsourced work
- Use Fusion 360 for programming and design (required)

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Tool Maker or Machinist
- CNC programming and manual machining experience required
- Familiarity with mold-making and injection molding basics
- Experience with Fusion 360 (or ability to switch from another CAD/CAM system)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
