Step into a hands-on manufacturing role where precision meets pace. As an Automotive Assembly & Quality Technician, you’ll move between inspection, assembly, materials handling, and paint line support to keep production running smoothly.
A Day in the Life
You begin your shift reviewing written and verbal work instructions. You retrieve parts, separate them by type, and carefully examine each piece—counting, weighing, and labeling so everything is traceable. When issues surface, you document and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items right away. You assemble automotive components using hand tools, then stage, load, and unload parts on the paint line. Throughout the shift, you operate equipment safely and efficiently and maintain excellent customer service for our external customers.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect parts and promptly report discrepancies.
- Assemble automotive parts using hand tools per specifications.
- Retrieve, separate, inspect, count, weigh, pack, and label parts following written and oral instructions.
- Load and unload parts on the paint line.
- Document and identify any damages or missing material.
- Deliver excellent customer service to external customers.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
What You Bring
- Previous production operator experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Comfort with hand tools and quality checks.
- Reliability in attendance and a focus on safe work practices.
