Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Home Health Aide based in Monroe, NJ. The Certified Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and ensuring patient care. Daily tasks include helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming, assisting with mobility and transfers, and supporting clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping. The aide will also be responsible for monitoring clients' health status and communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
• Proficiency in managing Activities of Daily Living and providing Personal Care
• Strong Communication skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to fostering clients' independence and well-being
• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
