Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Apple Valley, MN 55124! This is a 3-month contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.


Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Apple Valley, MN 55124


Available shift:

Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST


Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour (Based on years of experience)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
  • Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Verify patient demographics and ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
  • Follow all established safety, compliance, and quality procedures.
  • Provide professional and compassionate patient interactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection procedures.
  • Travel to nearby locations as needed based on business requirements.


Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections


Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
