Our team values authenticity, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional development. We integrate evidence-based and experiential approaches, including EMDR, somatic work, and relational therapies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed or pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC or LPCC) to join our growing team. This role includes providing therapy services within a trauma-informed framework while collaborating with a supportive and engaged clinical team.

LPCCs will receive high-quality supervision and mentorship as they work toward full licensure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy using a trauma-informed approach
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during acute distress
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with providers, schools, and referral sources to coordinate care
  • Participate in supervision (for LPCCs) and ongoing professional development
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain a culturally responsive therapeutic environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active Colorado LPC license or LPCC (or working toward licensure)
  • Training or experience in trauma-informed care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseload, documentation, and team collaboration

Preferred:

  • Training in EMDR, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, or other specialized modalities
  • Experience working with trauma, families, or adolescents
  • Outpatient or community mental health experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Pre-Licensed (LPCC) Support

  • Individual and/or group supervision toward licensure
  • Gradual caseload build with mentorship and support
  • Training in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Opportunities for co-therapy and skill development

What We Offer

  • Supportive, collaborative clinical team
  • Trauma-informed, wellness-centered work culture
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Competitive compensation based on licensure, experience, and caseload
  • Flexible scheduling options
