Assembly, Shipping and Receiving Position - Hours M-T 7:30 to 4:30 Friday 7:30 to 2:00
Role includes a variety of duties and responsibilities within a professional, clean, quiet work environment producing and shipping high end dental equipment made here locally in the U.S.
Looking for a customer focused, and team-oriented individual to work in tandem as part of our production team. Must be a self-starter, willing to help others, and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Forklift and other warehouse equipment experience required.
Assembly - Will perform a variety of light assembly tasks that will include sub-assemblies for components, pre-production screwdriver assembly of aluminum chassis components and other production duties as needed.
This position requires mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and small power tools, such as power screwdrivers, wrenches and drills. The Assembly Technician will follow written work instructions and comply with medical device manufacturing regulations.
Order Processing and Shipping - Duties include order preparation and fulfillment of our dental equipment and accessories prior to packaging.
Includes packaging equipment carts onto small pallets and loading onto freight carriers. Will process shipment with designated carriers for both domestic and international freight using shipping programs to ensure timely delivery to customers. Will load and unload trucks with forklift few times per day.
Will keep warehouse areas clean and organized. Will ensure proper labeling is maintained and parts are stored correctly and accurately according to bin location. Will keep all shipping shelves and packaging supplies/materials correctly organized and labeled. Will manage and arrange orders of shipping supplies according to established reorder points.
Will perform basic preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment as needed.
Receiving Back Up - Will assist and back up Receiving Duties when needed that includes receiving items that range from small boxes to small pallets of parts. Will unpack and inspect according to quality procedures. Will stock shelves and assembly areas and kit parts needed for assembly work orders and ensure proper labeling. Use software to enter inventory, manage work order kitting, and manage and maintain bin locations for inventory.
Inventory Cycle Counting- Will assist purchasing by performing inventory stock cycle counting of items accurately and efficiently.
