Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a Prodcution Associate to join their team. As a Prodcution Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly, testing, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay Range: $21.26
Shift: Third shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Saturday
What's the Job?
- Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality and production standards
- Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
- Move parts and materials to ensure smooth material flow within the work area
- Rotate between different operations within a work cell and across departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and notify supervisors of any process deviations
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with assembly or hands-on work in manufacturing, food service, automotive, or similar environments
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
