Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Evansville, Indiana — earn up to ($1616 - $1701 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

• Work towards achieving departmental and organizational targets.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana and BLS certification required.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

• Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient care.

• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.

• Strong accountability for achieving personal and departmental targets.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.

• Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.

• Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.

• Proficient in educating patients and families on health management.
