Position:Customer Service Manager
Location:Tampa, FL (Fully on site)
Salary:$60K-$70K + Bonus
Growing Hospitality Services provider seeks a hands-on Customer Service Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance:Oversee and guide a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance, exceptional service quality, and adherence to company standards.
Operational Oversight:Manage call center processes, including call handling, client interactions, and problem resolution. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Administrative Management:Handle various administrative duties, including employee scheduling, timecard management through ADP, and other essential call center functions.
Training & Development:Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to the team.
Client Satisfaction:Develop and maintain strategies to ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively implement service improvements.
Partner with culinary, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in food, beverage, luxury hospitality services
Proficiency with CRM platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
