Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a full-time School Psychologist to support students and staff in a school setting located in Keene, NH. This onsite role focuses on providing psychological services that promote students’ academic, social, and emotional success. The position offers a contract-based schedule beginning as soon as possible, with an option to consider candidates available for the next school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide interventions and support
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students when needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student needs and improve school climate
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to foster positive outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant credentials and licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school psychology, preferably in K-12 education settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with school personnel and families
- Ability to work full-time onsite, with a commitment to supporting students and staff
- Flexibility to start immediately or later in the school year, depending on availability
