Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Radiology Technologist opportunity is available in Lowell, MA, offering hands-on experience in interventional radiology with a focus on neuro (acute strokes), trauma, and vascular cases. This contract position involves working at a high-acuity setting supporting patients requiring critical imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures with an emphasis on neuro and vascular cases
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Respond promptly to on-call duties including nights, weekends, and selected holidays with a 30-minute callback time
  • Support vascular and trauma patients including catheter lab assistance as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of interventional radiology experience, including neuro (acute strokes) and trauma cases
  • Strong vascular imaging skills are required; Level I Trauma and Cath Lab experience preferred
  • Certifications: ARRT or RCIS certification required
  • Valid Massachusetts Radiology Tech license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Schedule:

  • Day shifts, Monday through Friday
  • Combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
  • On-call coverage for nights, weekends, and one major holiday
  • Call rooms available upon request
