Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Retention Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling objections, and implementing strategies to retain existing customers while strengthening long-term relationships.
Requirements:
-Previous call center experience, preferably in customer retention or customer service
-Bilingual (English and Spanish) – verbal and written
-Associate Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
-Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound customer calls
-Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
-Apply retention strategies to prevent customer cancellations
-Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
-Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics
