Health & PE Teacher - Sellersville Campus (Grades 7-12) Location: Sellersville, PA (additional locations available) Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (additional hours and/or campuses available) Salary: $25/hour

Buxmont Academy is seeking a dedicated Health & PE Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year to serve students in grades 7 through 12. We operate six campuses across southeastern Pennsylvania and use restorative practices to guide students' academic and emotional development in a safe and respectful environment.
What You'll Do:
As a Health & PE Teacher, you'll deliver engaging, age-appropriate health and physical education lessons that promote wellness, teamwork, and positive lifestyle habits. Working as part of a larger educational team, you'll support each student's academic growth, personal development, and emotional well-being. What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Health & PE, exercise science, health, or a related field
- Pennsylvania teaching certification (or ability to obtain it)
- A passion for teaching and supporting students in grades 7-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
- Comfort using educational technology and tools to enhance learning
Adaptability is key, as you'll need to modify activities based on varying student abilities and interests. Strong organizational skills will help you plan activities and track student progress efficiently. Whether you're an experienced educator, just entering the field, or a retired teacher looking for a meaningful return to the classroom, we'd love to have you on our team.
