Our client in Southwick, Massachusetts is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Support payroll processing and related recordkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and documentation standards
  • Communicate with internal team members and vendors regarding financial matters


  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
