The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, along with an uncapped incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical providers to enhance patient care.
  • Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare with compassion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For physician assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
  • In states where applicable, an unrestricted professional license and DEA for APRNs and PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

Hourly compensation is set between $54.00 and $60.00.
