Atomus Partners client is hiring for a dynamic Financial Analyst!

three+one® provides liquidity and treasury solutions to public entities, including municipalities, counties, school districts, authorities, higher education institutions (public and private), and nonprofit organizations. We serve as a liquidity data partner that helps simplify cash, banking, and investment decisions so our clients can confidently maximize the value of their cash.
Our technology and partnership empowers entities to make data-driven financial decisions. We uncover new sources of income and savings for entities looking to innovate and identify new resources for our clients by identifying all cash as a revenue-generating asset. On average, our work leads to 30% more earnings and 73% more cash being invested confidently.
Our core services include: (1) cashVest®, a platform for liquidity monitoring and forecasting, (2) rfpPrep®, a digital tool to streamline banking and investment procurement, and (3) muniBank, a banking fee benchmarking solution. Additional tools are currently in development.
The Role:
We’re seeking a driven financial professional to help grow one of the nation’s fastest-growing public sector fintech firms. As a Financial Analyst, you will create unique analyses of client data, supporting the optimization of their cash liquidity strategies and increasing resources to communities across the Country. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to present analysis through clear verbal and written communication. A commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment is essential to succeed in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ingest and analyze client data ensuring the ability to accurately report in a timely manner.
- Develop monthly and quarterly cashVest reports, analyzing client cash liquidity and treasury data while ensuring data accuracy.
- Identify analysis and reporting improvements that enable a deeper dive into client financial data.
- Collaborate across teams to support and develop new initiatives.
- Use proprietary software to manage and analyze client data.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses that support creative problem-solving for clients, helping them maximize their resources while also supporting client retention.
- Partner with Client Service Associates to prepare and ingest data for client reporting.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all financial data.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in financial or economic analysis, or in a public service environment, is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar). Familiarity with SQL, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for strategic planning and project management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and virtual meeting tools simultaneously.
- Highly motivated self-starter, adaptable multitasker, and reliable team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually
