InSync Consulting is urgently hiring RN's for correctional facilities in Maricopa County, AZ. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want job stability, a reliable paycheck, and the chance to make a meaningful impact — no prior correctional experience required.
Position Overview:
- Shifts: 3x12s (36 hrs/week) with rotating weekends
- Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Start Date: ASAP – within 3 weeks
- Contract Length: 13 weeks with likely extensions (after the first initial 13 weeks, can do 1 year contract)
- Locations:
- Mostly Phoenix, AZ
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly: $47.00 (local) - $51.00 (travel - paid with non taxable stipends, only $20/hr portion is taxed)
- Weekly: $1,692.00 - $1,836.00/week (paid every Friday!)
- Annual Equivalent: $87,984 - $95,472

Qualifications:
- Active RN License (Arizona or Compact state)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
