The Role: Precision & Impact
As an ICC Machinist, you aren't just pushing buttons. You are the heartbeat of our plant, setting up and operating a wide variety of tools to produce high-precision parts. You will be a site leader, driving our "Company Core Values" and maintaining the high-performance standards that keep our facility running at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Master the Shop: Perform diverse operations including lathe work, drilling, grinding, milling, shaping, and hand tool work.
- Maintenance & Innovation: Repair and overhaul factory equipment while designing/building new manufacturing systems as needed.
- Precision Engineering: Set up procedures to ensure finished tooling meets exact specifications.
- Design & Development: Develop specifications from general descriptions and draw sketches for parts, products, and new production machines.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work directly with the Production Manager to develop new tooling, dies, and line systems for both new and existing products.
