Clinical Supervisor schedule is an 8 hour/ 5-day work week with some Saturdays. Treatment Center hours are from 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

ORTC, LLC is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the clinical supervision of counselors/professionals in training, counselors/professionals requiring supervision by regulatory authorities, and/or counselors/professionals who are working towards their certification or licensure as well as providing guidance and assistance to the counseling team as needed.
  • Assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
  • Helping the patients prepare and adjust to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.
  • The Clinical Supervisor (if not the Program Director themselves) is responsible to the Program Director for provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate must comply with federal and state regulations regarding certification, licensure and degree of a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) II and QMHA and meet the qualifications listed below:

Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling; or

  • A bachelor's degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
  • A master's degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
