Job DescriptionMedical Device Manufacturing
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Environment: ISO 1000 Cleanroom (full gowning required)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑driven Catheter Builder to join our cleanroom manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble advanced medical devices under a microscope, working with extremely small components and precision tools. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and operations while contributing to life‑changing medical technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microscope-based hand assembly of disposable medical devices, including catheter shafts and sub‑assemblies.
- Solder ultra‑small components (SMD 01005) onto fine circuits, stents, and catheter systems.
- Use tweezers, micro‑tools, and hand tools to complete delicate assemblies with accuracy.
- Assemble and solder small circuit boards, capacitors, and micro‑electronics.
- Communicate frequently with engineering and operations teams to support builds and resolve issues.
- Follow cleanroom, ESD, and quality protocols to maintain a controlled, compliant environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Catheter assembly experience (MUST)
- 1+ year cleanroom experience (preferred)
- 1+ year microscope assembly experience (preferred)
- 1+ year soldering experience
- Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and documentation

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
