<p>Sr Accountant needs 5 years inventory management experience manufacturing or distribution environment</p>
<p>Sr Accountant requires:</p>
<ul>
<li>SAP ERP systems</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is a plus but not required</li>
<li> Knowledge of internal controls related to inventory processes</li>
</ul>
<p>Sr Accountant duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee processing of capital invoices for payment by staff including use tax and construction retainer accruals</li>
<li>Track capital project statuses and completion dates</li>
<li>Oversee asset creation process ensuring expenditures are within corporate capital policy, correct asset classes are assigned and by default the correct depreciable live</li>
<li> Support remaining asset under construction balances and remaining capital inventor</li>
<li> Work closely with project managers to track bulk capital purchases and subsequent deployment</li>
<li> Perform monthly closing the books activities including capital accruals and related depreciation accruals,</li>
