Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist

Location: Eureka, CA 95501
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Schedule

Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts
Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Compensation

Weekly Pay: $2,100 – $2,600 (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
Monitor patients during procedures and provide exceptional patient care.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of MRI Technologist experience.
Current BLS certification.
Demonstrated competency in MRI procedures and safety protocols.
Ability to meet facility-specific clinical and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic EMR system.
