Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Center
Location: St. Augustine, Highway 210
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-time
Department: Rehabilitation Services
Reports To: Clinic Director / Lead Physical Therapist

Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
- Mentor PT students or new staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- NEW GRADS WELCOME
- Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment.
