$100,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earnings Potential

Portland, OR | Base Salary + Commission 40 Hours per Week | Occasional Saturday Appointments

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with property managers, business owners, and facility managers
  • Sell commercial HVAC maintenance agreements and service solutions
  • Identify and qualify new project and service opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution
  • Participate in competitive bid and design-build projects
  • Negotiate profitable agreements and close new business

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Background

  • HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry experience
  • Experience with estimating, bidding, or mechanical design
