The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience, want to work in a small organization, and bring a can-do personality to support the team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including AR, AP, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and post journal entries with a high degree of accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support accounting and reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes
- Can-do, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
