Hayward, CA (Onsite)

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a wonderful organization? Do you have a bookkeeping background and experience using QuickBooks? We are looking for a bookkeeping professional for a lovely organization in Hayward, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience, want to work in a small organization, and bring a can-do personality to support the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
  • Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including AR, AP, and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and post journal entries with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support accounting and reporting needs

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes
  • Can-do, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
