An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. You will manage client relationships, address their needs, and work to resolve any issues that arise. This person works in an office setting, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive satisfaction. You'll also track account performance and identify opportunities for growth to enhance overall client experience.
Compensation- $72,500 - $81,000 per year + Incentive Compensation

Responsibilities:
- Direct client account management to achieve satisfaction and retention
- Engage with internal teams to coordinate actions that support client objectives
- Administer client interactions ensuring they comply with company and industry standards
- Seek ways to refine processes and introduce effective practices
- Evaluate performance indicators and update clients on results
- Own day-to-day relationships for assigned accounts
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing strategic check-ins
- Identify needs, propose solutions, and drive expansions and renewals
- Coordinate service changes and projects with internal teams and vendors
- Manage customer communications during incidents and escalations
- Keep clean notes, activities, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to onboard new customers smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in industry-specific account management
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Understanding of CRM technologies and customer interaction tools is helpful
- Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
- Experience in managed IT, telecom, ISP, UCaaS, or B2B technology preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable owning multiple priorities and keeping details straight
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
