Job Description: Dental Assistant
It's your lucky day! Dr. Brad Camp, Dr. Bree Highstrom and our team at Beattie Family Dental in Eagle River, WI have an opportunity for somebody to join our team as a Dental Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person with a great attitude to join our close-knit dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic.

Our Dental Assistants work closely with Drs. Camp and Highstrom, as well as our 3 dental hygienists Roni, Jackie and Danielle, to create incredible results for our patients. Duties:
- Assist the dentists and dental hygienists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take digital x-rays as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system (Eaglesoft).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointment scheduling as minor role.
- Support administrative tasks when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience within the office.
Requirements:
- Previous dental experience is ideal but not required for the position.
- Positive attitude and ability to relate well with people.
- Good work ethic.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technology or skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fun and busy environment.
